Tanya is our studio Manager, and one of our YTT Instructors. After several years working in the corporate industry, it was yoga and an active lifestyle that helped her find balance in life. She decided to change gears and turned to yoga as a way of helping others achieve the most in their lives.Her teaching style ranges from gentle hatha to vigorous power vinyasa yoga and including core classes that are pilates based. Her classes are taught with a focus on building a connection between a strong body and a calm mind.
She is also a certified Thai Yoga Bliss practitioner, has a Bachelor of Arts specializing in Psychology and is certified as a Personal Trainer Specialist with CanFitPro, Canada’s leading and largest provider of education in the Canadian fitness industry.
