  • Susanne

Susanne started her journey into yoga over 20 years ago in her home country of Germany. Working in a demanding and stressful corporate job a friend recommended to try yoga. From the first moment Susanne lay down on her mat, listened to the teacher guiding the students through the class she knew this was something she needed to pursue and eventually share with others.

She started a regular practice immediately and after a short time she noticed that she felt stronger, more flexible, focused and most of all at peace with herself and her environment. Being excited about the transformation she enrolled in a 2 year program for yoga and shiatsu therapy.

Susanne left the corporate world to embark on a quest to help and guide others on their journey to health, happiness and fulfillment.
