What is Yin Yoga?
The Yin practice is designed to help you sit longer and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints. The class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer, accessing deeper layers of fascia.

Throughout the practice, students will experience hands on adjustments and massage with therapeutic essential oils. The semi-private setting allows greater time for Victoria to work with each body individually, getting to know any injuries, sensitivities and weaknesses one may have, and working to improve them.
