Yoga-lates is a fabulous marriage of movement and zen.
This class is taught in a way that uses the Philosophy of yoga combined with the strength building movements of Pilates that work deep into the muscle of the body’s core.
This class is suitable for all levels of yoga and all ages are welcome!
Just come out and give it a try!
In this series, you will increase your muscle strength and tone, specifically the abdominal muscles and lower back, hips and buttocks. Pilates works with the “core muscles” of your body! In this series, you will improve your flexibility and balance the strength on both sides of your body.
Experience what it feels like to have muscular control of your back and limbs, while lowering blood pressure, improving your posture and blood circulation.

6 week series! August 14, 21, 28 & Sept 4, 11, 18
6:30 – 7:30pm
$99 + HST
If students are not able to attend all 6 classes, they can drop in for $20+HST
