Jacqualine Haller is the founder and director of Jaya Yoga Centre in Toronto, and has been teaching Meditation for many years.
Her initial struggles with her own personal Meditation practice came while completing her Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India in 2005. After countless attempts, she decided this practice was not possible for her. Several years after her return to Canada, life events led her to explore Meditation in a new way.
She spent many years trying various Meditation techniques, attending a variety of Meditation retreats and diving into personal practice whole heartedly, to simply find a way to ease her own individual struggles.
Her personal practice has helped her to structure her Meditation classes in a way that guides students through breathing techniques and other steps that will help one go deeper. In 2015, she started to record her Meditation’s into a CD’s collection and “Jaya Meditation” was born. These recordings are designed in a specialized sequence, to help students relax and let-go.

Jacqualine offers a free Community Guided Meditation class the last Sunday of every month at Jaya Yoga Centre, North York (Toronto). There is no fee. The class is open to anyone, whether new to the practice of Meditation, or those with an established practice. If you are planning on attending, please bring your yoga mat as a portion of class is done laying down. No experience necessary. (No class July/August)
