Get back in shape!
Join us for prenatal yoga and then bring your new baby to Mommy & Baby classes! These classes are a beautiful continuation and we love meeting our students new additions to their famillies! This class is a yoga class of new moms who want to get their pre-pregnancy bodies back and get in shape. Mom’s will do yoga on their own and with their babies too. If your baby needs to sleep, cry, crawl or just play with the other babies in the room, it all works out. We completely understand that those precious little one’s need to do what they need to do, and all of it is welcome.
Pre-crawling and crawling littles ones are welcome! Come out and meet other new moms, building a community of support.
