An experienced yoga teacher in Hatha yoga and restorative yoga too, Jenny also specializes in mommy & baby yoga classes and prenatal yoga.  She is passionate around assisting mothers in all stages of motherhood; both prental and post-natal.  In these classes, she helps students transform their bodies, while engaging with their little ones.  A mother of two, she has experienced first hand the incredible feeling of yoga both during and after her pregnancies, and is able to guide students supportively through their yoga experience. Knowledgeable and caring, kind and compassionate – the energy and humor she brings to every class will leave students feeling refreshed, relaxed and back in balance. Jenny teaches:
