What is Tai Chi & Qi Gong?

It is an ancient Chinese technique emphasizing relaxation, balance, coordination, and agility. Qi Gong & Tai Chi is a total system of exercises promoting circulation, flexibility, inner strength as well as a mental and physical disciple. These practices are known to clear the mind, increase balance and coordination, as well as improve the quality of all the essential functions – like sleep, digestion, and breathing.

A note from Jing Yuan:

As a young boy, I learned to live the life of a Monk.

Born in an impoverished village in China, I was among the fortunate ones chosen at a young age to live in the Shaolin Temple and become Master in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Meditation. Having traveled the world it opened my eyes, and what I saw was many people who were in need of help. With the wisdom and fearlessness learned from the Shaolin Temple, I decided to use my power to help those in need.
