Valentine’s Heart-Warming Workshop! with Marda!
Join us for a heart-warming workshop, centred around releasing blocked energy from the Heart Chakra and opening up to invite more LOVE, kindness and compassion into your life.
Through Breathwork, Reiki infused Yoga, Meditation and Kundalini Kriya we will heal and open the heart Chakra Energy Centre
The evening will be guided with love and acceptance for all levels of yoga practice.
We will connect through pranayama (breath-work) and Mantra, allowing breath and body awareness to guide students through opening and clearing all the Chakra Energy centres. Connecting into your heart space, flowing through Yoga with love and kindness, allowing you to clear and strengthen your heart Chakra, inviting in self-love, kindness and compassion.
We will end with a guided meditation honouring your heart Chakra.
Refreshments to follow, and every student will go home with a special card honoring self love, self gratitude, kindness, compassion and love. Come alone or bring your Valentine, friend or anyone you LOVE!
