Tony is a registered psychotherapist who through the years has found his work extremely satisfying and rewarding, but at times had left him feeling emotionally and physically drained. He came into his yoga journey as a way to find a better work/life balance. He is so glad he did because it has been tremendously beneficial for both his mind and body. Tony is a new yoga teacher with us, but has practiced himself for many years. He recently graduated his 200HR after taking the yoga teacher training at Jaya Yoga. He feels the training has been an amazing opportunity to deepen his practice and now he feels very blessed and excited to be a part of the journey of others. He truly believes it is never too late to start and that yoga is good for the soul. Tony teaches:
