Heather has been a long time yoga teacher at Jaya Yoga – since we opened our doors in 2011. Passionate about her classes and students, she has a love for yoga and the yogic lifestyle. She teachers her classes in a way that is inclusive of everyone and their level of physical ability, and she guides students through her teaching style in a supportive gentle way. She knows first hand that a regular yoga practice can set a positive tone to your day – regardless of when you practice, and she is enjoys leading her students into a space of strength and softness.
