30 Day Meditation Challenge!

It’s time again to run our “30 Day Meditation Challenge!”
Are you excited? We are!

Imagine creating the discipline around participating in a short meditation each day, and then witnessing how different your day and life feels.
When we slow down, create mindful awareness and move forward into our day from that place, we expereince life differently. We are able to create space between our triggers and responses and we move through life with a deeper sense knowing, calm and well-being.

Why does that matter?

Meditation and cultivating mindfulness helps us process the change going on around us with greater ease.
It helps us build our self-awareness.
When we build self-awareness, we further develope our emotional intelligence which benefits the relationships we have with others.
Meditation helps clear the ‘mental path’
when we don’t know which way to turn.

Attend in person at the studio and/or register and receive our LINK to the LIVE meditation and participate from the comfort of your own home in any time zone!

You can join in person, or you can log in and join from home. You can also listen to the meditation at any time of the day, if you can’t join in LIVE. The idea is that you practice for 30 days in a row, regardless of the time of day. Last year, we had students join from as west as B.C. and as south as Australia! Anyone can participate, so let your friends and family know!

If you are participating in person, feel free to come to the studio in your work attire, if you need to leave right after class.
As well, please bring your yoga mat as a portion of class is done laying down.
